Description

Maybe this is the anti-leadership leadership course. Because we aren't going to practice how to speak in public or how to make a million in sales. We aren't going to learn spreadsheets or how to crush the competition. So what are we going to do? This course is for women who are ready to take their business or leadership role to the next level but feel held up and aren't sure why. This course is for women who spend their days trying to think of creative ways to keep their work/life balance together and to thrive in both. Maybe you've tried all the traditional ways to grow your business. Maybe you've tried all the traditional ways to 'manage' your life. Maybe it's time to try something new. And go back to something old. And that's what I call 'play time.' This monthly course meets every third Thursday evening in 2023 - and during these sessions you'll learn a different creative art and enjoy 'play' time with others who share similar work/life challenges. We'll get inspired by each others stories, brainstorm ideas and collab problem solving. You'll also meet guest teachers from the community, who will be some of the most inspiring people you'll ever meet. Enjoy this two hours a month where you don't have to feel pressure to be anything or do anything, just spend sacred time reclaiming joy and rediscovering your innovative self. Consider it like adding much-needed kindling wood to the fire of your authentic self.
