What does love for yourself look like? -Deeply connecting with yourself -Feeling appreciative of who you are When you have a love for yourself, you feel more content, accepted, connected, heard, loved, confident, and joyful in life. We know from the Family Constellations work that we have many energetic bonds with our ancestors. If these ancestors, especially our parents, did not feel worthy and they did not love themselves, we can unconsciously follow their patterns and feel the same way. In this event, we will do several meditations and an exercise to connect to the members of our Family System to honor and respect them and their challenges, especially when they do not love themselves. This gives us the freedom to choose for ourselves. We will choose life, love, joy, abundance, and success. No one needs to give us permission; we must say yes and open the door ourselves. After this work, we will have a sound healing session to integrate, balance, and change our energetic vibration. Sound healing, known as Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, and many different instruments, is used for meditation, healing purposes, sound meditation with chantings, and music with great medicinal and healing powers from ancient times. The sides and rims of singing bowls vibrate to produce sound and vibration, which balances our bodies' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy. This session will also help you to: • Remove blockages and toxins and stimulate your circulation. • Increase your vital energy flow, creativity, intuition, and motivation. • Purify and harmonize your emotions and feelings. • Strengthen your immune system and reduce stress. • Recover after an illness, trauma, or invasive medical treatment. • Change old patterns of behaviors, habits, and ways of thinking and connect with your higher self. * For Sound Healing, bring the eye blinder (optional), a yoga mat (if you have one), and a blanket. * The color green is the vibration of the heart chakra connected with love.
