Come out and enjoy a FREE stretch w/ a drink of choice! There will be prizes, food, drinks, and much more! Join us at The Stretch Zone in Westlake for our OPEN HOUSE! We will be letting guests come in to experience the full power of Stretching. From 5pm -7pm our open house will involve Demonstrations from Top Exercise & Sports Science Professionals and Practitioners showing how you can work on your RECOVERY through better range of motion, flexibility, and mobility in muscle retraining. At our studio, you'll receive personalized attention and experience tailored to your wants and needs. Our 15 minute FREE session you will receive will let you control all aspects of the visit, yet our approach allows for more effective stretching than you can achieve on your own. Stretching open to people ages 14 years and up. Those 14-17years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian. *must be 21 years or older to receive complimentary beverages
