Gather with like minded people for a guided breathwork, mantra, channeled meditation, then Spiritual talk. Stay for a vegetarian potluck. Hosted by Temple of the Sacred Heart Church. Held at Paz Point Healing Home on Lake Worth. Let's Commune! We're holding our monthly Sunday Soul Tribe Sangha cOMmunity Circle. This is a time to gather with like minded people. Aiylah will lead a short guided breathwork, channeled meditation and give a Spiritual talk. We will have circle time to share and may be outdoors, weather permitting. At most Sangha circles we also do a drum circle so if you have one, bring your drum! (The meditation and Spiritual talk portion is also on Instagram Aiylah Valkyrie Medicine Woman @yoga4lovelisa). After Closing Ceremony we will hold a cOMmunity potluck and networking time. Bring a healthy vegetarian or vegan dish to share. This month we are doing a special event: PAINTING PARTY We are painting the 20 Native American Code of Ethics onto a huge drop cloth to use for upcoming festivals and gatherings and to hang on our festival trailer AKA master bedroom suite/DJ studio that we take on the road!
