You're invited to join Heather for this special event on the First Friday of February - a 'Share the Love' Flow. Experience the love of our community firsthand! All levels are welcome (ages 15 & up) in this class for a relaxing flow with a few fun surprises! Stay for a glass of wine or sparkling water after class, meet your fellow yogis, and shop the First Friday specials in the Zen Boutique. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. The studio will be warm.
