On January 27th, TJ and Jackie will be hosting a training covering the basics of personality assessments, they will explain their personal experiences and how using these assessments has led to a more peaceful work experience. You will complete three different assessments including the Gallup StrengthsFinder. TJ & Jackie will go over each assessment in person and explain/reinforce your natural strengths and how you should be using those strengths to achieve your goals.
