8:00am-12:00pm: Level 1 Seminar (4 Hours)
1:00pm-5:00pm: Level 2 Seminar (4 Hours)

Level 1
-Kipping Pull-ups
-Kipping HSPU (along with scales)
-Rope Climbing
-Strict Gymnastic Strength with scales for all levels
Level 2
-Muscle Ups (Bar and Ring)
-Butterfly Pullups
-Advanced Handstand Skills
-Strict Gymnastics Strength Overview
Prerequisites:
Level 1: All are welcome! Can be scalable to all levels
Level 2: 5/3 strict pull-ups, 5/3 strict dips, Strict HSPU, basic kipping pull-up/C2B ability.
