Rules for the chili cook off:
1. chili must be cooked on site. You'll have an hour to setup your stations and prep starting at 8am and may begin cooking at 9am.
2. Your chili must contain one of our beers (beer for chili will be complimentary)
3. You must bring your own equipment (i.e. burners, pots, prep table, cutting boards, knives and hot plate.)
4. depending on the weather we will have you cook outside (if the weather is horrible we'll have you come cook inside.)
5. Winner will be decided by our judges on taste, aroma, consistency, aftertaste.
6. sampling cups/bowls and spoons will be provided by us.
7. The winner will be named Champion and win a $100 gift card to the brewery, be given a trophy, and have a post written about you on our instagram promoting you!
