Take your practice outdoors and join us in person, as we flow to the sounds of nature. All levels. Meets at Moon Valley Park, behind St. Paul's Church's back wall. Bring your own mat, props, and water. Donations appreciated but not required! Pay what you can, before or after class.(Cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted) If the event is listed, I will be there! *Weather permitting, some days may be rescheduled or canceled to avoid rain. ** If there are no registered participants, or no one shows, I'll wait about 10 minutes before I leave.
