Candlemas Eve: Blessing of Candles, Procession, Choral Eucharist, Burning of Christmas Tree, and Supper with Blessing of Throats Enter at 224 Waverly Place. Blessing of Candles take place in Revelation Gallery. Procession then leads into the church for the Choral Eucharist. Following the Eucharist we burn the Christmas Tree in St Benedict's Courtyard then repair to Revelation Gallery for Supper. Because the Feast of St Blaise falls also this week, there will be Blessing of Throats during the Supper. Register here for catering purposes.
