Welcome to our first-ever, Youth Yoga + Mindfulness - Parent's Night Out: Valentine's Day Party! Enjoy a night out on the town with your significant other, while your children are moving through yoga poses, practicing their breathwork and meditation skills, creating crafts, playing games, and we can't forget about our super fun pizza party! Ages: 6 - 12 Yrs (*ages are flexible - please reach out w/inquiries) Jennifer Maurer, from Sol & Skye, and I created this event for two reasons: 1. Parents, you are incredible and deserve some quality time to spend with each other as Valentine's Day is right around the corner <3 2. Because we love kids, and we love to teach them how to feel good from within and unwind through mindful movement, games, creativity, breathwork, & more! You have the option to bring $5 for the pizza party and drinks! Please send your child with their own snacks to enjoy. Goodie Bags will also be provided at no extra cost!
