We are pleased to have your support for our 16th Annual Scholarship Brunch and Conference. Positive People Promotions, Inc, (PPP) is a nonprofit tutoring and mentoring organization that works with at-risk students throughout the year. We have been empowering and encouraging women concerning their health, social and economic conditions for over twenty years. We have provided scholarships for high school students to further their education since 1998. We encourage young boys to serve and contribute positively to their local communities through our “Boys to Men” program. We prepare and serve dinner annually at the Salvation Army on Thanksgiving, donate to homeless shelters for women and children and present community events that will help families to live a more productive life as a “UNIT” in all areas. he Our Founder is a two-time breast cancer survivor and a product of teenage pregnancy. She is passionate about giving back, and is an example of how you can turn your challenges into triumph. We also give an scholarship to a deserving senior in honor of the founder’s mother (Mary Florine Swanigan) who also died of cancer. Positive people Promotions will present its annual sisters meet women’s conference on Saturday, March 4, 2023. This is our first conference since 2016 which was then our 15th annual. This year is extra special because we have chosen to honor two special grandmothers who have taken on raising their grandchildren. This event will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn 4100 Glover Lane, North Little Rock AR. Tickets are $40. Musical guests are Evangelst Lemmie Battles of Chicago, IL. This year is also special because this is the first time that the founder is the conference speaker. We hope that God will move in the service and that lives are changed for his Glory!
