The City of Arkadelphia is looking for food trucks to attend its Cinco de Mayo event on Friday, May 5 from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Interested vendors should expect great success at this event. On average, approximately 2,000 area residents attend weeknight events hosted by the City of Arkadelphia.
FOOD TRUCK INFORMATION
Food trucks will need to provide its own generators or electrical service AND holding tanks for water, if necessary. Set up for the event will begin at 3:00 p.m. All food trucks must be set up at the event site by 4:00 p.m. Food trucks must be ready to serve by 4:30 p.m. Food trucks will have access to event volunteers for set up and break down if needed. ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS AT OUR EVENT
Make your truck shine! Food truck owners are encouraged to bring battery-powered lights to set up in or around their trucks. Let us show you off! Food truck owners must provide the City of Arkadelphia's marketing team with photos of their menu items by Friday, March 31. OTHER INFORMATION
The City of Arkadelphia's Special Events Committee reserves the right to refuse the participation of any applicant deemed inappropriate for this event. The City of Arkadelphia's Special Events Committee reserves the right to ask a food truck vendor to leave. If asked to leave by the Special Events Committee, payment will not be refunded. Sales tax forms will be provided upon arrival and should be returned at the end of the event to event coordinators. The City of Arkadelphia and event volunteers are not liable for injury or damage to persons or property. **By registering to participate in the City of Arkadelphia's Cinco de Mayo event, food truck vendors acknowledge they have read, understand and will abide by all conditions and terms of this agreement as listed in this vendor participation form.**
