Roof shingle needs 2 screws

Description

With an old tile roof, these shingles come off. I've had 4 shingles screwed in and now another is coming loose. The guy didn't show up today, so I'm looking for someone else who has insurance and ladders. $200 cash. I used to pay $100. Takes 5 minutes. I have the screws. In the picture the loose shingle is a little to the left and above the pipe.
