Need help with renovation

I am in the process of finishing my basement and the guy I have been working with has developed some health problems and is unable to finish the job. I need someone who can handle: light carpentry, installing vinyl flooring, painting prep and painting, installing drop ceilings, some basic wiring, a little bit of drywalling, and some of the general can-do creativity that is required in renovating an older home. About 1/3 of the project still to go. This gig pays $20/hr, cash, paid on Fridays. I pay for all materials and supply the majority of tools. I am not interested in by-the-job estimates or pricing--this is time and materials only. You need to be experienced, reliable, and willing to work a 40-hour week. This project has been delayed for months and I need to get it finished.
