Need Experience in most phases of renovations...paint, carpentry, drywall, kitchens, baths, plumbing, electrical, most flooring (no carpet, minimal tile), minor structural. We are buying properties for resale every week and need quality people. Properties are typically in Indianapolis or within the surrounding counties. We are investor-owned and we do properties for rehab or renovation. We keep it to simple to rehabs or modest renovations. Our projects usually are 2-3 weeks in duration. No longer than a month.
