We are looking for people to train and work closely with, as inspections and driving routes are distributed on a daily basis. Work has greatly increased last few months due to the current market. Job involves determining the occupancy of homes for banks. You take photos and submit multiple choice answers describing each homes appearance and condition in an app. The photos do not take up storage on your phone. iPhone users only. Computer and printer needed. GPS recommended. Must have a dependable car that gets good gas mileage or you won’t be able to turn a profit. You have to be willing to drive long hours and best is to start earlier in the day. Must be able to pass an industry required background check. Pay is per inspection. Like anything else, beginners are understandably slow, but you will get faster and your income increases. Work at your own pace. This is NOT seasonal work or a temporary position but can be done part time. Due to conflict of interest we are not accepting applicants who are real estate agents, brokers, or property investors.
