Looking for a contractor and/or crew that can take on the full scope of work for this property in Boulder. Prefer if you have your own crew and do not subcontract work. Major items are: - 4 decks need replacement - Full kitchen reno (small kitchen) - 3 small bathrooms reno - Flooring throughout - Stair railings replaced - Drywall work to replace panels and minor touchups - Minor plumbing/electrical as needed -Bonus if you can work with wood siding/exterior work Please email back if you have availability in early February (preferably 2/1) with meeting me to see/bid the job on 1/31 in the early afternoon.
