Explain to customers what might be the cause of a problem with their vehicle and how to fix it. Educate customers about their vehicles and the repair process. Use tools to diagnose and fix problems with a customer's vehicle. Be knowledgeable about all parts of a vehicle. Troubleshoot problems using specific tools and methods. Create detailed reports of each job performed.
