Must Have *Own Equipment/truck/s Plows *General Liability Insurance *Workers Compensation Insurance *Availability to provide services every storm to a designated area or different locations as needed *Must be able to provide an invoice to our company within 5 days Of providing service *Submit a W9 *Our Companies Payment Terms are Net 30 Locations consist of parking lots, apartments, etc.
