Looking for HVAC Service Technicians & Apprentices to join our team! Any experience level welcome – willing to train Looking for dependable, hardworking and flexible technicians to join our company. Our work environment includes on-the-job training, company perks and ample growth opportunities. • We provide consistent hours, but role also requires flexibility in schedule as project stages progress and can shift weekly. • Work week M-F, hourly pay + overtime. Paid holidays and PTO! • This role requires shadowing and apprenticeship with lead technician for 2 weeks minimum, depending on experience. Must be able to take direction and complete tasks without supervision. • Duties includes installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Duties may also include locating & diagnosing maintenance issues, conducting warranty services and/or emergency repairs for both residential & commercial systems. • Must have ability to lawfully drive a motor vehicle and maintain a current drivers license to commute to shop and occasionally job sites in the region.
