We are a Real Estate Investment company who has been in business since 2018. We have expanded our investing into Fayetteville and surrounding areas. We are looking for a person or person's to go to properties and do the following for us. 1.Go out to the property and take pictures of the house inside and outside. 2.Talk to the seller and get contracts signed, then send to us. 3.Check for foundation issues and other issues such as roof, floors, kitchen remodel, bedrooms remodel, paint for inside or outside of home, if there are any send us photos and ask seller what they think estimate of repairs on the property would be.
