Meet Ocean. 21 year old appendix cross, very sweet and wonderful horse. He is child safe. He will make an amazing companion horse and has gotten along with all horses he has been paired with. In terms of medical, he has cushings, old injuries in front hocks that led to arthritis. He is barefoot and managed by a farrier. His is overall healthy and intermittently limps with his old leg injuries, so I put boots on him at times to help keep him comfy. I pulled him to take part in the horse rescue network with the intention of placing him in a forever home that could care for him until the end of his life and has the resources for ongoing care for a senior. He is currently in Erie, CO at a small facility with his herd mates. Serious inquiries only.
