Looking for a dependable pipe cleaner

Looking for dependable, hard working, part time pipe cleaners. I currently have about 7.0” of pipe that needs to be drained and polished. The pipe is white in color, solid, and has served its purpose long enough to be classified as professional pipe. This pipe definitely knows how to get the job done properly and correctly every time. It will at least take 10 minutes or longer to fix but it will take more and more time to finish once we keep messing with it. This can turn into a full time, ongoing position for the right person. I pay by the job and not by the hour. The pay is based on experience, how you look/carry yourself and based on how hard you work. I would compare this job to house cleaning and as we all know women are more detail oriented than men. I would prefer latinas, ebony or Asian as I know they are hard workers. I will consider caucasian as well you would just have to prove yourself. I am very professional, a great boss, manager, supervisor and trainer who never disappoints and is easy to get along with.
