Our janitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our building and the surrounding grounds. • Duties include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing restroom facilities, and collecting trash to ensure the building's occupants have a clean space. Able to follow set daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning schedules. i.e., floor waxing. • Ability to identify potential problems and communicate them to senior management. • Follow the procedure for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and other objects. • Daily disposal of common trash and flowing the guidelines for handling medical waste. • Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of the work. Assist in light lifting and moving of approximately 50lbs. • Provide emergency cleanup services as needed. • Assist with the preparation of spaces for special events.
