WRJ area business is looking for Cleaning professionals to join their team to provide cleaning services to local businesses in the White River VT region. This position is for nighttime janitorial. Responsibilities and Duties • Clean and supply designated building areas • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Make adjustments and minor repairs • Stock and maintain supply rooms • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications and Skills • Experience as a janitor is a plus • Experience in general maintenance is a plus • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Integrity and ability to work independently Pay $20/ hr with chance for increases with good performance Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Evening shift • Night shift • Weekend availability Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) • Janitorial experience: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required)
