Hiring Janitorial Positions 1. Looking for dependable people to support cleaning buildings in a fast-paced environment. 2. Must have reliable transportation. 3. Self-motivated and a team player. 4. Looking for evening/nighttime availability. We offer jobs from 5- 6 days a week // 4 to 8+ hours a night TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings). • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas. Spot clean daily and shampoo when directed rugs. • Wash windowsills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows. • Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily. • Clean Drinking fountains • Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. • Report possible defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, and report to supervisors • Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container and place in a designated collection area for subsequent removal. • Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specs. • Performs periodic work: High dusting, wood surface, polishing, wall washing. • Any and all other duties as assigned.
