Looking for a dependable Cleaner/Janitor who possesses a strong eye for attention to detail. Commercial Cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Job-site is located in the following area Plymouth, Mi. This is a 3 small offices within a 3 mile radius of each other. Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning 1 day per week Saturdays or Sundays anytime. The job takes between 1-1.5 hours per office. Total of 4-5 hours per route. We are flexible for the right team member if more or less hours are needed. You will be responsible for trash removal, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dusting, and other various tasks. Potential Employee Must Possess:Must be at least 18 years of age and be available to work evenings. Ability to work alone Dependable transportation Strong work history Felony free background Ability to pass a drug screening. Have a neat and orderly appearance. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour and will be re-evaluated after 90 days of work. Up to $1/hr raise based on evaluation. Potential to make up to $20 per hour with quality detailed cleaning and time efficiency. We provide all equipment, supplies and training, you bring yourself and a strong work ethic.
