Calling all trades, we are excited to be hiring commercial tradesmen for a restaurant buildout at 2262 SF. The location for work will be TX 121 in Frisco. We will require the following trades with trucks, trailers, and tools needed to complete these scopes: Concrete Cutting, Plumbing/Electrical Ruff, Framing, Insulation, Low voltage/computers/security, drywall, interior finishes, HVAC/mechanical, fire prevention, millwork, flooring, cabinet, countertops, ADA, exit, restrooms, doors/windows, signage, fixtures, stainless, equipment/kitchen, concessions, waste management, storefront, sealants fire retardants, masonry/stone/tile. Call me today and we can send a set of plans as we have all permits pulled and the job is ready to start.
