Does anyone on the planet truly KNOW anything?

I have been doing research into “cryptoids”, contacting different countries to confirm the stories on utube, only to find out that it’s All BS, none of it is True or Real. You may not know this, but in the Vietnam war, the bit knees do not have any aircraft. They had no defense in the air, but someone on YouTube said that the head alien spaceships attacking US soldiers, and they would call them enemy aircraft. My father-in-law served two tours in Vietnam, and I’ve spoken to many other Vietnam vets and none of them ever heard of enemy aircraft in Vietnam on the radio. Lies lies lies. Basically, I would like to know truth, and only truth! So I am looking for anyone that knows, can prove something is real something that we don’t know what it is something that scares people something that you saw you actually saw somewhere in your life. Does anyone out there have real proof of stuff that you don’t know what it is?  So consider this a research paper that I’m writing on truth of the unexplained. Most likely, the only evil monsters that exist on our planet, come in the form of humans !
