Navigation Rules of the Road: There are no marked highways on the water. With today’s ever increasing boat traffic, it is imperative that boat operators be familiar with Navigation Rules of the Road to maintain safety for themselves and other boaters. This course will explain the rules in plain English and is appropriate for new boat owners and as a refresher for experienced boaters. This course consists of 2 - 2 hour sessions beginning at 7PM on Thursday, April 13 and Thursday April 20.
