LANDSCAPE FOREMAN & TECHS WANTED Landscape Construction Company in Hampden County is looking for responsible, motivated person to run Landscape/Construction crews. Job Summary: Supervises operators and laborers on multiple crews and assists in the coordination of project(s), procurement of materials and subcontractors, and completes work orders along with other necessary paperwork, manages labor, their performance, and conducts weekly safety meetings. Position Description and Requirements: • Medical dot card if driving anything over 10,000 gvw • OSHA 10 • Hoisting license • Operate construction and landscape equipment • Driver’s license and reliable transportation • Effective communication skills / must have cell phone • Ability to keep records of daily tasks • Available to work 40+ hrs/week • Ability to motivate and encourage crews in all situations • Responsible for general landscape projects Preferred traits: • Hardworking • Reliable • Respectful • Cooperative • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Self-motivated team player All applicants must provide name, contact info, and list of references.
