We are looking for someone who can help clean / sand all the rooms (5 in total; 804 sqFT) sand the hardwood floors and stain them to make them look SPOTLESS Scope of work 1) Identify and sand the paint stained hard wood floors 2) Stain those freshly sanded floor 3) Clean all the floors and ensure they are spotless.
