LOCAL METAL BAND SEEKS BASSIST!

We are local metal band Tusk, and we are looking for a bassist. Our awesome guitarist and co-founder Matt recently moved to the coast, so now ex-bassist Ben has stepped in as our new guitarist. We are seeking a bass player capable of technical and tasteful playing. Clean vocal abilities are a HUGE PLUS! Reliable gear, transportation, and personality are all a must. Our originals are a mix of progressive metal, death metal, thrash metal, etc. The first record is almost done with production, and writing will soon commence for album #2. Our intended direction is much more in the vein of progressive metal. We practice weekly in Bloomington and play around Minneapolis, St. Cloud, St. Paul, etc. Our audition songs are a couple of covers and a couple of originals. The covers are Blood and Thunder by Mastodon (we usually throw this in at shows) and as much of Deliverance by Opeth as you can handle(we used to throw this in at shows). If you're interested in auditioning, we will hook you up with the originals with bass stems so you can hear your isolated parts.
