Depending on experience We are offering ~ $15 to $25/hour for the part time and then if go full time would be $1000+/week. Job Description: Seeking childcare professional with multiple years’ experience working in a formal home. Responsibilities in the near-term include caring for a 9 year old child and a second child that is 4 years old. Applicant is emotionally stable and brings a great attitude to the job ~ smiles a lot around the children and enjoys nearly all aspects of the job. Applicant enjoys cooking and has considerable experience cooking too. Applicant must have a valid Drivers License and be very comfortable driving, picking up kids, taking kids to sports, activities, etc (sometimes driving upto 1.5+ hours a day in total). Possibly travel with the family and may include weekend travel. Both parents work full-time, and the family is warm and caring. Must have pretty close commute (and drive with a car). Or possibly live in our house as we have an extra bedroom. House manager component: willing and able to learn how to (we will train) to manage the house both while we are here and when we are traveling too (to check in on the house as needed). Able to manage housekeepers (that deep clean house) as needed, pool service folks, landscape people, plumbers, electricians, etc - schedule them and hold them accountable (we will train this). Ensure all of the the house is kept clean, cleaning robots are consistently managed, etc. Fluently speaks English. Duties include: * Creating of a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment for children (including arts and crafts, taking kids to park,etc) Taking care of basic needs (feeding, and putting to bed) of both baby (3 year old) and child Ensuring each kid is in the healthy ; ie.. sunshine for atleast 30mins each day (park, by the pool, even better if they are moving and playing in the sunshine (not looking at iPAD,iPhone,etc). Plan and prepare healthy (less bread, sugar, etc) snacks/meals and bottles for kids Ability to make a variety of creative and healthy meals supervise mealtime for children Clean and wash up after children's meals * Bathe, dress, and diaper changing etc. and eventual help with potty training * Performing housework related to childcare Tidy/clean baby/children’s rooms & play areas Wash/fold/organize baby/children clothes as needed Reinforce the children in good social manners Be punctual for pick ups for kids and other obligations that are agreed to Plan and lead creative and educational activities, including singing & reading, and swimming, chess, playing cards, board games (not just put the kids in front of TV but engaging them and doing homework together,etc) Plan & supervise rest, bed and nap times (closely as possible following schedule that mom has laid out) Discover and plan activities for children by researching on the internet etc. (classes, camps, seasonal activities). Be engaged with each Child to know what they really like. Transport children to school and other before and after school activities Do whatever and whenever it takes attitude; run some errands as needed, return packages, and mail items. A good example is the Movie: MRS.
