18 shingles on edge, & fix drip edge

have 18 shingles 2 rows at the bottom of my roof. Originally sheathing installed wrong under drip edge - Remove drip edge reinstall under sheathing edge with caulking tar - put back 2 rows of new roof shingles I didn't need to remove but figured out it was the drip edge
