Description
Beach Resort Part-Time Janitorial duties
· Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
· Light Landscaping/Weeding
· Inspects all assigned areas daily and reports all cleaning and maintenance discrepancies to Supervisor.
· Wipe down pool furniture.
· Operating pressure washer.
· Cleans restrooms: Sweeps and mops floors. Refills all dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper & hand soap. Cleans toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors & counters. Empties/removes trash.
· Wipe down/ sweep/ blow all stairs and handrails.
· Reports any discrepancies or deficiencies to the supervisor.
· Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
· Must be able to lift ~ 50 pounds.
· 80% outside work.
Monday-Saturday 9am-1pm
