We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible cleaner to service our long-term commercial client on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 7 AM sharp to 9:30 AM.
On Tuesdays, you’ll be cleaning approximately 4K sq, 2 level commercial space with two small bathrooms.
The summary of work is below.
- Cleaning floors (vacuum, sweep and mop)
- Cleaning and sanitizing two (2) bathrooms in the production area
- Wiping down high touch areas in the production and office areas (ie common areas’ counters and hard surface areas)
- Cleaning executive’s office (including conference table, file cabinet, desk, computer screens, bookshelf and printer)
- Wiping down window ledges (executive office and 2 interior offices)
- Dusting office’s baseboards and framed pictures/paintings
- Cleaning 2 utility sinks (production area)
- Inventory control of company-provided supplies and equipment
At least 80% of cleaning must be completed by 8:30 am because the doors open to the public, and we need to be “out of sight” to the public.
Team members must have their own transportation. The client’s location has metered, street parking by job. parking garages nearby and is on bus route.
Starting pay is $20/ hour + up to 2.5 hours parking reimbursement. After 3 months of work, you'll have a pay evaluation with a potential pay increase up to a $35 inclusive hourly rate.
Pay is biweekly on Fridays to match your work schedule. At times, there are other opportunities to service other 1x /reoccurring clients in Baltimore and other neighboring areas.
