Destination Rehab 501(c)3 nonprofit provides one-on-one physical therapy and small group programs to adults with neurologic conditions. Our small group programs- The PEAK fitness and education program, The Adventure Group, and Rock-Climbing for Health- give our participants a safe, fun environment filled with encouragment from peers, the program staff, and volunteers. Participants in our programs achieve improved independence, community participantion, confidence and quality of life. Silent auction, raffle, and dinner for the 2nd annual fundraiser and we hope you can join us! All donations are tax-deductible and will support our group programs.
