Also known as the Beginner’s class, the Hot 90 class follows a classic series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, including warm up postures that are focused on spinal health and mobility. The same 26 postures are performed in two sets, so that you get a chance to master the alignment of each pose.
Open to everyone ~ all bodies and all levels of ability. Bring family and friends! Space is limited to 30 people, so the best way to guarantee your spot in class is to register ahead of time. You will need a mat and full-length towel (both available to rent at the front desk). Please remember to hydrate before and after class.
