Dig trench to replace sewer line

Dig sewer line trench (2-3ft expected) inside vacant apartment. Will need to break through some tile and weak concrete slab. Photos of two rooms to dig inside. May go just under grade beam to exterior TBD. Total length of trench expected to be 13-15ft. Width approx 8 inches to allow plumber to work. Send rough bid and any questions. Please indicate if you have a jackhammer to use or need it rented. Job to start this week.
