Hey everyone, So I'm just going to be straight up & honest here, I need some help with some house work. First off, I am a mother of 2 children (one which is on the way currently) and my fiance is currently laid off after working for 2 years straight. I currently do not work due to having a high risk pregnancy so here's the thing.... I need someone who is reliable, a hard & dedicated worker who won't charge me an arm and a leg for some work that I need to be done. So, for starters I definitely need a new roof, yes this doesn't come cheap....we know. But we would appreciate someone who would work with us on this one. I also have some black mold issues and some leaking pipes that need to be replaced. Here's the deal.... I need estimates on these things. Serious inquiries only please. I need someone who's going to be affordable and work with me on the price and/or payments (if applicable).
