Join Holy Yoga certified instructor Francy Zembo as we gather to center ourselves - body, mind, soul, and spirit - on the worship of our Creator, God, and King. Our series of classes will provide basic instruction to those who are new to yoga, while also offering those with yoga experience a place to deepen their practice through gentle flows centered on connecting to the heart of God. We'll use the modality of yoga to enter into God's presence, and then to step off our mats transformed and equipped. Join us as we meditate on Scripture, deepen our prayer lives, and care for our bodies as temples of the living God. Calendar: Saturdays 9-10am and Tuesdays 7-8pm SAT 1/7, SAT 1/14, SAT 1/21, TUES 1/24, TUES 1/31, TUES 2/7, SAT 2/11, SAT 2/18, SAT 2/25 The cost is $80 for all 9 classes or a $10 drop-in fee to Francy.
