Exponents, Insta USA Inc., is looking for a full-time, experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team to help manage our Orlando Warehouse. A successful Warehouse Manager should be well-organized and excels in communication. Fulfill various duties and responsibilities in our Orlando, Florida warehouse. They should be able to work closely with all employees, including management and the production team. The Warehouse Manager includes coordinating various duties. Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for warehouse organization and to be pro-active in warehouse space management • Create material and substrate workflow to aid in streamlining daily company processes • Inventory control and ordering • Reconciliation of client/company products when leaving warehouse and returning from jobs • Asset tracking and management • Loading/unloading trucks • Forklift experience needed • Responsible for the repair of interactive exhibits, experiences, displays etc • Work with project management to resolve project concerns and/or problems that may arise during the project development and build phases. • Ensure the production of projects are within constrains of timelines and budget • Communicate status of projects consistently to Operations Manager, Shop Foreman, Project Managers, and leadership • Ensure QC Team members are on task per work schedule Delegate assignments from Operations Manager and direct work force to project as needed • Ensure all protocols and processes are followed from project start to finish • Ensure all QC books are current with Project Manager Compensation: The Warehouse Manager full-time position pays salary range $50,000. Benefits are available after 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
