We will go in depth on the foundations and considerations for setting up camp- Shelter, Water, Fire, Food and Tools, as well as methods for self-rescue- First Aid, Navigation, Communication and Signaling. Talking points include primitive vs. modern, setting up kit (packs, day bags, go bags, vehicular), and future courses that increase the ability for self-care, buddy care, and community resilience.
