We’ll taste wines inspired by Kermit’s writing, and foods inspired by the places those wines come from. Join us for an epic dinner party and adventure into wine. Take a tour of the magical, sun-soaked edges of Provence, Bordeaux, and the Languedoc as seen through the pages of Kermit Lynch’s Adventures on the Wine Route. We’ll taste classic wines from each region paired with local fareir that will transport you straight to a Provencal winemaker’s seaside table or a majestic Bordeaux estate. You’ll learn about the essential subregions, varieties, producers, and histories that make these regions so unique. For this session, we'll discuss pages 56 -129.
