Please join us for the first Nonprofit Workshop of 2023 as we kick off a series on project management with a workshop on tools you can use to guide your team to project success. Become a "Guardian of the Gantt Chart" as you master the "Multiverse of Monday Boards" and learn new techniques for efficiently managing complex project work. We'll offer ways to streamline multiple tasks and make the most of limited time to complete projects.
Session 1 of this 3 part series will be lead by David Yang, an EnFocus innovation fellow born in New Jersey and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. David is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Computer Science in 2021. During his time in Ann Arbor, David gained valuable experience through math-intensive economics coursework and research opportunities. He was a research assistant at the Center of Political Studies, collecting and presenting data for the Constituency-Level Elections Archive Project. His coursework and leadership opportunities drove him to focus on economic history and urban policy. David was drawn to enFocus because of its emphasis on building stronger communities and designing impactful solutions within the region. He is interested in urban policy, utilizing data science, and economic development.
