Meeting every Thursday at 6:30 pm at our International Center near downtown Dunedin, beginning January 26 and ending April 27. These sessions build upon each other one week to the next. During these weeks we will teach moves from our tai chi set of 108 movements. Come and experience the peace and calmness that our practice brings. Learn to relax, let go of worry, and be more mindful.
