Our opening Yin Yoga practice will offer gentle, deep stretching that will not only increase your comfort for sitting meditation but also open your heart with our loving-kindness meditation.
Then we'll enjoy the rich restorative effects of Yoga Nidra, a guided practice where the body becomes totally relaxed while awareness is honed. With this expansive awareness, we'll return to the practice of loving-kindness meditation to further extend compassion to ourselves and to all sentient beings.
PLEASE NOTE: THE DIFFERENT TICKET LEVELS ARE DIFFERENT DONATIONS. ONE RIVER ZEN IS A BUDDHIST TEMPLE THAT DEPENDS ON YOUR GENEROUSITY. CHOOSE WHATEVER LEVEL SUITS YOUR MEANS.
