Join us for a Full Moon Celebration honoring the Divine Goddess within. In Yogic philosophy Shakti energy is the creative life force that permeates all living things. Though typically represented as feminine energy, her energy is beyond gender. It is manifestation in physical form. It is Mother Gaia. The cycles of the moon. It is the air that we breathe. The changing of seasons. The energy that allows plants to grow. The abundance and fertility of spring and summer. The death and decomposition of Autumn and Winter. The energy dancing and weaving throughout all cycles of life. Really there is no where that Shakti isn't present. It is our learning here on earth to remember the divine, creative life force that surrounds us and flows through us. This particular full moon is significant as it is the first of the lunar new year, a momentous time for manifestation, awakening our creativity, and igniting our inner fire to actualize that which we wish to create in the world. Together we will remember the creative life force within through: opening the heart space with cacao ceremony; learning how to listen and trust our intuition & body wisdom; unleashing latent, creative energy & expression with a wild sacred Shakti dance journey & somatic breathwork; and stepping more fully into our confidence & inner power through our sacred voice & medicine song, all alongside the building & strengthening of sacred sisterhood.
